How do I return an item?

Review your order upon arrival. This simple step can save you time an money.

All items are warrantied by their manufacturers and not by JTs Parts & Accessories. Rebuilt items are warrantied for 90 days against defects in workmanship; and does not cover abuse, loading, improper lubrication or improper break-in. All parts must be shipped prepaid to our facility for inspection & determination, customer is also responsible for shipping cost of warranty items sent back to them. Any unauthorized outside repairs void this warranty. Labor, loss of revenue or goods, commercial loss, cost of telephone calls or general inconvenience are not applicable. This constitutes our only warranty, expressed or implied.Returns must be sent within thirty days and must be accompanied by original invoice and/or RGA form. A restock fee of 15% will be charged on all authorized returns. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Unauthorized returns that are accepted are subject to a 30% restock fee. No tools qualify for return authorization. Regardless of shipment origin, all returns must be sent to the following address:
