Free Ground shipping on retail website orders of $150.00 or more shipping within the U.S. 48 continental states*. Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. Territories do not qualify for free shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer to select the free shipping option once the order qualifies. Failure to do so will not result in shipping charges being returned. Free Ground shipping rates will not be applied to other shipping options, e.g. Next day Air, 2 day or 3 day.

Free Shipping does not qualify for ARB freezer/refrigerators, roof racks, bumpers, roof top tents, snorkles, assembled 3rd members or over-sized shipments.

Orders received after 11:30 am PDT for expedited shipping will not ship until the following business day. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next following business day. Orders are processed first come, first served.

How do I return an item?
Review your order upon arrival. This simple step can save you time and money.

Any returns must be arranged with the company where the parts were purchased from. All items are warranted by manufacturer per that particular manufacturer's warranty statement. All parts must be shipped prepaid to our facility for inspection & determination, customer is also responsible for shipping cost of warranty items sent back to them. Any unauthorized outside repairs void this warranty. Labor, loss of revenue or goods, commercial loss, cost of telephone calls or general inconvenience are not applicable. International shipping costs are not covered for any reason. This constitutes our only warranty, expressed or implied. Returns must be in new re-sellable condition, in original packaging, and must be sent within thirty days and must be accompanied by original invoice and/or RGA form.

A restock fee of 15% will be charged on all authorized returns. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Unauthorized returns that are accepted are subject to a 30% restock fee. Tools, assembled 3rd members, or special order parts do not qualify for return authorization. Regardless of shipment origin, all returns must be sent to the following address:
